We are a family owned and operated business looking to service the Western North Carolina Community. We understand real estate is growing in this area and we would like to offer services to prepare our clients while buying and selling their home. A home is one of the most expensive purchases a person can invest in. We want to make sure there are no surprises for buyers and sellers alike. We offer home inspections for those looking to put their home on the market and for those in the purchase process. We guide or services on the principle of professionalism from start to finish. Our reports are generated in a timely manner and every interaction with our clients are courteous and educational. Our inspector will report appropriate findings and provide clients with a report with 48 hours after the inspection has taken place and after payment. We take our business seriously and appreciate our customers trusting us with their next financial decision in regards to their home.

Justin was born and raised in the Sarasota, FL area and has always had a passion for providing quality services to his community. He pursued his passion by earning his Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Through hard work and dedication, he built a very successful lawn maintenance and landscaping business in the Sarasota area. In 2019, Justin moved to Jackson County, NC and pursued his next endeavor to build Berry Thorough Home Inspections, LLC. Justin attended American Home Inspector Training and is now licensed through the State of North Carolina. He strives to provide a quality and timely service to the Western North Carolina area with easy to read home inspection reports. He wanted to ensure that home buyers and sellers had a report with detailed information with relevant photos that informs clients of the state of the home they are purchasing. Justin has also teamed up with other local companies to provide extended services to best serve his clients.
